Product Support Engineer

Reporting to: Executive Director - Products

Purpose:
Responsible for managing and providing first-level support for GeoPlace’s Products delivered to clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of products change request and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of periodical products delivery based on Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Manage implementation plan with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work within the team to agree on framework for data quality check.
  • Manage and Maintain products release cycle.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve process automation.
  • Work with internal GeoPlace teams in managing products data quality.
  • Represent products publication team in internal and external meetings.
  • Creating report and dashboard for making informed decisions.
  • Investigate product related issues and raise tickets for relevant stakeholders.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Member of various internal and external working groups.
  • Participate in continuous product and process innovations.
  • Support GeoPlace PDLC - Product Development Life Cycle and PLC - Product Life Cycle.
  • Monitor release management activities.
  • Collaborate with team in writing product documentations.

  • Knowledge of Addressbase, NSG, NLPG and NGD products

  • Knowledge of Procedures/Functions in SQL
  • Product Data Knowledge
  • Knowledge of API and Web services.
  • Product Testing Knowledge.
  • GIS Knowledge
