• From Data to Action: How the Street Gazetteer transforms works planning and coordination

  The Street Gazetteer underpins all mapping, road and street works coordination, highway asset management, route planning, disruption mitigation, traffic management and so much more. It is a vital database and tool for so many and is becoming more important all the time.

  Traffic disruption due to road and street works is a national topic that is never far from the press or social media we see and use every day.

  Information contained within the Street Gazetteer plays a critical part underpinning systems and mapping solutions that facilitate the actions and efforts of councils and works promoters to prevent or mitigate this disruption

• DfT Road Funding Process – an update on using local highway authority data to improve the process

  DfT is transitioning to an improved way of collecting road lengths from local authorities, Lizzie and Richard will be providing an update on progress and steps being taken to help support authorities in keeping the gazetteer up to date and accurate

  Using case studies from Torfaen County Borough Council and Northumberland County Council, this presentation will explore the importance of connected transport networks and the value that multi-modal routing can bring to the public sector. It will provide an overview of the OS Multi-modal Routing Network (MRN), including real world case studies from customers demonstrating how the product has been effectively implemented. Attendees will gain insights into how the MRN can enhance efficiency and provide benefits to support a range of use cases
