The night before the conference we will be getting together for pre-conference drinks at Victoria Warehouse, which is a 5 minute walk from the conference venue. The perfect opportunity to relax, meet old colleagues and make new connections outside of the conference itself.

Victoria Warehouse is a landmark in South West Manchester, standing tall between the River Irwell and the Bridgewater Way. With a real nod to Manchester’s industrial heritage the Victoria Warehouse makes the most of the beautiful old warehouses once used to store cotton, fabric and confectionery.

Quiz
We are super excited and thrilled to see you all this year at our in-person conference. The fun will be starting from the night before where we will be hosting an interactive quiz to break the ice and keep you entertained. If you enjoy getting your general knowledge and trivia skills put to the test, then you should definitely come along and have a blast.
Our host for the evening will be our own Priority Third Party Data Manager, Andrea Bollella, who will be dividing you into groups to make sure you are having a great time, and you get to know other delegates attending the conference.
Aside from being a very extrovert personality, Andrea looks after our third party data division where establishments that are considered a priority for inclusion (i.e. Hospitals, GPs, Pharmacies, etc) in the National Address & Street Gazetteer are validated against additional sources and classified correctly. The knowledge of the type of building that Emergency Services are soon approaching may assist in vital procedures to get the best outcome.
Andrea was an Authority Address Custodian for 2 years before joining GeoPlace in 2020 and he has extensive knowledge in addressing and street naming and numbering. Additionally, in his spare time, he is also a licensed Zumba instructor and fun entertainer. He loves helping people in their fitness journey but also building a positive community.
We want you to have a lovely time from the start, so no worries if you do not know all the answers to the quiz, some of your team members might. At the same time this is a great opportunity for you to build new connections and share your work amongst some of the fantastic innovators within the field of addressing, power of location and so much more.

On Foot
The venue is a 7 minute walk from Old Trafford Football stadium. If coming from the town centre, you will want to explore the public transport options below.
By Tram
The venue is located a two minute walk from the new 'Wharfside' tram stop on the Trafford Park Line (Red Line). With trams every 12 minutes, the new Metrolink line will give you fast and frequent transport links to and from the city centre.
By Taxi
Taxis can pull up at the venue itself. Local service Street Cars
(0161 228 7878) are one of the cheapest, most reliable firms. A taxi
from Manchester Victoria Station shouldn’t cost more than £5-7.
By Car
Drivers can arrive via the A56 leading from Old Trafford, A5081 or
A5063. It takes around 15 minutes to get here from the city centre.
On-site parking is limited and subject to availability. Please contact
your event organiser if you require parking.
By Train
Manchester Victoria and Salford Crescent provide close access to the
venue. Manchester Piccadilly is three miles away, more suited to
passengers arriving from the North East, Midlands and further south in
the UK. Manchester Oxford Road is on the same line – it’s only 2.3 miles
from the Warehouse.
