Public transport
Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium is located just south of Leicester City Centre on Aylestone Road. The main reception and conference facilities are accessed via the stadium’s main entrance.
By Train
Leicester Railway Station is approximately a 15 minute walk or a short taxi journey from the stadium. Exit the station towards London Road, head towards the city centre and follow signs for Welford Road/Aylestone Road.
Parking
We have a limited number of car parking spaces reserved in the Crumbie car park on site: Welford Road, Leicester, LE1 6RT. All remaining spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact [email protected] if you wish to reserve a space.
If the car park fills up, there is a pay and display car park a short walk from the venue at postcode LE2 7LB. Please see details more below:
Cloakrooms
There will be a staffed cloak room at the venue during the day, so that delegates can leave suitcases.
