Now in its 12th year, GeoPlace's annual conference and exhibition takes place at Elland Road, home to Leeds United Football Club.

"Situated in the middle of the United Kingdom, with a diverse population of 751,500, Leeds is the third largest and one of the fastest growing, greenest cities in the UK.  A thriving economy boasting strengths in financial services, legal, manufacturing, health and retail, Leeds has excellent road, rail and air links, providing a gateway for tourist and business visitors to the region."

The GeoPlace event

Optimised for meeting people

Join delegates, speakers, other exhibitors and GeoPlace for a relaxed get-together the evening before the conference – a good opportunity to get to know people in an informal setting and set the scene for business the next day!

The conference is structured around opportunities for delegate/exhibition interaction with plenty of time for refreshments in the exhibitor space. Exhibitors are invited to the stage beforehand to give delegates an introduction to their services and encourage them to visit their stands.  Exhibitors also have the opportunity to host a roundtable session at the conference.

Finally, finish off the event with our post-conference drinks, a chance to have a drink with new contacts as well as existing clients. As one delegate said last year; "Catering was excellent throughout the day. And the after conference drinks are always an excellent opportunity to network seeing people you don't see on a regular basis"

The promotional opportunities

The event is an opportunity to reinforce your brand message to your target market and network with existing customers as well as new prospects face to face - giving the chance to raise your company profile and promote your products and services.

Every exhibitor has the opportunity to introduce themselves to the delegates from the stage before the first refreshment break and to host a roundtable session.

Roundtable sessions:

Roundtable session are a very popular part of the conference programme and bring delegates together in small groups of ten to discuss a particular issue, problem or solution. Each roundtable session will last for at least 30 minutes and there will be a minimum of two during the duration of the conference.  Topics will be agreed when exhibitors sign up to the event.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work with small groups of delegates for no additional charge.

There are no other conference and exhibition opportunities in this sector to rival ‘Everything Happens Somewhere' in terms of size and breadth of delegate attendance.

Time is allocated giving plenty of networking opportunities and all refreshment breaks will take place within the exhibition area, giving exhibitors access to the anticipated 300+ delegates.

Attendance at the conference is strictly limited to the target audience and exhibitors.
