If you are having trouble accessing this registration page, you may be having firewall issues. In other words, your internal work network may be blocking the site. You can find out how to tackle this below under 'Firewall issues'.
Before you start
1. If you suspect you have firewall issues, you could consider using another device with different firewall restrictions, outside your office network.
Registering via your phone could useful, because you will want to access the web app via your phone on the day of the convention. (The registration page and the conference app are on the same site). Reach the registration page from your phone via this QR code:
2. Alternatively check if you have better results using Google Chrome (if you are using a different browser), and ensure that the browser is up to date.
Firewall issues
If the above suggestions don't work, or you prefer to access the site via your work computer, we recommend contacting your IT support team to add some entries to your internal network whitelists. This should allow the website to get through to you.
The registration page and the convention web app are on the same web platform, so if you are having trouble accessing one, you are likely to have trouble accessing the other as well. However if you whitelist the following details, you should be able to access both.
