Embedding UPRNs and USRNs within local authority systems and datasets creates the foundation for data linking. Data linking allows you to unlock value from your departmental data. Everything happens somewhere and services are delivered to people and places. Whether that’s helping people in fuel poverty, understanding energy use, lighting the highways, repairing potholes and having bins collected, supporting vulnerable people, connecting to superfast broadband and 5G, voting, or paying council tax.
Have you linked UPRNs and USRNs across your authority systems and datasets? Are these data linkages allowing you to: gain extra intelligence and insights; make cost savings; help deliver services more effectively or enabling you to enrich your LLPG or LSG with up to date, accurate information? If so, then enter this Award and tell us about your data linking journey and the added value this is providing for your authority.
A key focus of the judges for this award will be demonstration of both savings delivered and/or collaboration across services and/ or organisations for service delivery whilst meeting a clear user need.
