SNN touches many parts of a council, from planning and highways to housing, licensing and Address Custodians. This award highlights teams who have broken down silos, built effective working relationships, or introduced new and improved ways of working that make SNN more efficient, accurate or impactful.
We’re looking for examples where people, processes and ideas have come together to deliver tangible improvements, whether through a new tool or workflow, a re-designed process, or a collaborative approach that has improved data quality, service delivery or customer experience.
This award celebrates:
- how teams have worked together across departments
- how innovation has been embedded into everyday practice
- or how these improvements have strengthened SNN’s role in supporting wider council services.
Judges will be looking for clear evidence of either:
- effective collaboration across departments or teams
- innovation in SNN processes, tools or approaches
- measurable impact, such as improved efficiency, data quality, responsiveness or service outcomes
- lasting change, showing how improvements have been sustained rather than one-off fixes
If your team has shown that SNN thrives when collaboration and innovation go hand in hand — delivering better outcomes for colleagues and the public alike — this is the award for you.
