Unique Address Reference Number (UARN)
A Unique Address Reference Number (UARN) is a unique identifier assigned to each Council Tax and Non Domestic Rate record from Valuation Office Agency: https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/valuation-office-agency
Unitary Council

Defined in the GeoPlace DEC-Addresses as a local authority that has an SNN Authority function and a Local Highway Authority function.

Unmetalled
A Street without a tarred or other solid surface. An unmetalled road is one that does not have a hard, sealed surface. Instead of being constructed with concrete, asphalt, or tarmac, these roads are typically formed from natural materials such as gravel, soil, or compacted earth. Frequently seen in countryside or remote regions, they are often described as gravel roads or dirt tracks.
UPRN (Unique Property Reference Number)

USRN (Unique Street Reference Number)
A unique identifier assigned to each Street within an LLPG and LSG. Also see also BS 7666-1:2006, page 7, section 6.2 for description.
